SHAPE is impactful. It’s been years, but I still benefit. Not to be overly dramatic but I’ve changed because of that experience!

SHAPE is designed to experience God and His truth about who He is and who He says we are ​through Holy Spirit led art and prayer.

A GROUP SHAPE SESSION is 3 hours long.
4 painting projects are completed.  
Participants are taken step by step through a journey which includes:

• expressing emotion through painting
• reading scripture and prayers aloud together
• contemplative rest
• soaking in beautiful music
• journaling 
• sharing the process in a small group ​

I thought it was a lovely time of seeking God and hearing His voice through a different medium (art). It came at a real time of need for me. And God's timing was perfect as usual. SHAPE enabled me to connect so easily with the Father's heart and what the Holy Spirit was saying about certain areas of my life: past, present, and future.  It was a beautiful experience!  I would highly recommend it to others, no matter where a person is at in his or her journey with Jesus. -Tamara

This healing art class helped me to let go of the noise of my life so I could clearly see the heaviness and lies rumbling in my heart. It is a safe environment to share or not share what each painting meant. The most special part though was to see God’s heart for me woven into each painting. You don’t need to be an artist to take this class. I highly recommended it to everyone. -J
